Today, we're excited to announce another new product joining the Okuma product line. In the near future, Okuma America will start receiving the new MB-5000H Horizontal Machining Center.

This machine is an evolution of the MA-H series and is focused specifically at customers wanting to do high speed machining on a 500mm pallet machine. This machine is packed with standard features including full B axis, prepped to accept 1000 PSI thru spindle coolant and numerous other features to improve this model's thermal stability and machining performance.

Okuma America is bringing this model to the USA in two popular tool changer configurations. These machines are equipped with a 64 tool chain magazine or with an 11o tool matrix magazine expandable to 146 tools with the simple addition of a tool rack. This machine should be the perfect choice for many high speed horizontal machining applications.
