The training is basically excellent, especially since it has been available locally to us, and we have been able to call upon the service for on-going support as we have found the occasional need."
When asked how important name brand recognition is to him and his customers, Gwynne also stated that, "Using a well known brand is not essential in our business, but it certainly helps underpin our own image of technical excellence driven by process capability in the eyes of our customers. This has been useful in impressing new customers when they have visited us for initial assessments of our capabilities.
